Next, choose a template for your website and personalize it. You can always switch to a different design later. Webador offers a total of 41 templates to choose from, catering to various styles and purposes.
After selecting a template, you can register a unique domain name or skip this step. Finally, pick a subscription plan. If you’re just exploring Webador, opt for the free plan, which includes all essential features. Once setup is complete, you’ll be directed to the platform’s editor to start building your site.
2. Website editor
Webador delivers on its promise of simplicity with an intuitive editor divided into five main sections: Editor, Pages, Design, Webshop, and Settings.
The Editor is where you modify your website's content. Pages allow you to manage your site's menu and page structure. The design section allows you to customize the website's colors and text styles.
In the Editor area, you'll find all the essential elements for building your site in a menu on the left. To add an element, drag and drop it to the desired spot on the page. However, Webador’s drag-and-drop functionality is somewhat limited—while you can move elements and adjust their orientation, they will automatically align with the page's preset layout to maintain a clean structure.
The Pages section enables you to hierarchically create and arrange new pages by dragging pages or subpages left or right. Impressively, you can extend the hierarchy as deep as needed, even creating sub-menus within sub-menus. Each page can also have its own settings and SEO configuration.
