How you can update Automated Emails in your Workflow in HubSpot
If you have created an automated email, you can locate that email from the workflow and can update it.
- Go to Automation > Workflows in your HubSpot account.
- Click the name of the workflow that has automated email.
- In the Actions tab, locate the Send an email action, then click the name of the email.
- This will take you to the email performance and details page. Click the dropdown Actions in the upper right, and select Edit email.
- Edit the email.
- Click the Review tab.
- Click Update.
The updated email will be sent to objects in the workflow from now on. Objects that already have completed this action or the entire workflow will not receive the updated email.
